I mean, it's fine. They do the seasonal activation and winterization on my tiny city system. The plan for that is $300-something per year. But every single time they are here something is broken and needs repaired. And it always costs a fortune.Today was a punctured line from a contractor that had to do lead remediation. Their fault, yeah, but will they reimburse me? Likely not. Pro Outdoor did the fixes, it took one hour. And cost about $700. You read that right. SEVEN HUNDRED DOLLARS for fixing three punctures in a flex PVC line over one hour. Whoever is taking home this bacon is banking.

Blake was here early and performed the aeration and seeding quickly. Helped point out and fix some problem areas and did that all pretty independently of my interaction as I was tied up on a conference call. Thank you for working around that.
