My service with Pro Outdoor has always been good. However, Today I had a large issue to take care of in my yard. While having a new screened porch put on the back of our house, the workers hit my system several times. Kyle, the tech from Pro Outdoor, went above and beyond today. Not only did he fix the issue, but he analyzed the whole setup. He figured out the most efficient configuration for our yard and readjusted our keypad for the changes. Good job!

I have been dealing with Pro Outdoor for many years now, and I’ve always been impressed with the quality of their services and the courtesy and professionalism of their associates. Today’s visit was no exception. Angel Garcia showed up on time and immediately went to work to try to resolve an issue I had with one of my irrigation stations. After close to an hour of hard work, he reported to me on the nature of the issue I was dealing with. Although I chose not to have the issue repaired on this visit, Angel was very very thorough in explaining the problems to me and my options going forward. I am happy to recommend Pro Outdoor for your lawn irrigation needs without any reservations.
