Alec Cosher was out today to seek a leak in our system. He got right to work checking the valves. He ran the whole system and rechecked the valves. No obvious leaks, and all heads were functioning. He explained things very well. All in all, he really represented Pro Outdoor well and seemed to have a firm grasp on the work he does. He is a great asset to your company.

Technician Matt did a fine job. Was very courteous, apologetic that the office couldn't give me a better arrival time window (7:30 am to 5:00pm). I had to call the office to express my disappointment in their scheduling tool. So I give Matt 5 stars and the office 1 star. At least they answered their phone.
