I needed a repair and re-configuration of our drip lines that Pro-Irrigation had installed 2 years ago. Kyle was a stellar technician; he problem solved with courtesy and professionalism. He was also able to look up the original configuration of everything on his iPad, helping adjust the time that the sprinklers ran in each zone. This told me that Pro-Irrigation sets their employees up for success, taking away guess work. I appreciate that and value it in a company.
