Tim and Lily(Trainee) were good technicians, very professional, knowledgeable, and personable!Had to replace backflow parts which they explained to us! And tested the various sprinkler cycles so I could observe the coverage each cycle provided, and had to replace one sprinkler.Tim & Lily represent your company well, are fine employees, and Lily will be an excellent addition to your staff!David Missey, DesPeres
