Applicants should possess the following qualifications:
– Past sales experience
– Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate with customers
– Strong work ethic
– Ability to prioritize and multitask while working in a fast-paced environment
Past experience in sales, inside sales, account management, account representative, or customer service is great and very applicable to this position.
Job Responsibilities:
– Answer incoming calls to schedule service or help resolve customer issues.
– Direct a group of service technicians daily schedule.
– Complete billing for technicians daily jobs and collect payment as needed.
– Send service estimates for approval and schedule for completion with homeowner.
– Make outbound calls to sell or up sell yearly memberships packages and follow up to sell unsold service estimates.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 – $30.00 per hour
