Jacob was absolutely phenomenal! He took the time to walk me through every irrigation zone, showed me where all the spigots and valves were located, helped me get the app set up and patiently answered every question I had. He never made me feel rushed and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. His knowledge, professionalism, and attention to detail were outstanding. You can tell he truly cares about making sure his customers are comfortable using their system. 10/10 service. I highly recommend Jacob to anyone needing irrigation service!

Just had our mid-summer irrigation system check up from Pro Irrigation performed by tech Kyle Bron ... he was great. Took the time needed to check the system thoroughly and provided guidance on adjustments we might want to consider. Friendly and professional, couldn't ask for more.
